As the United States and the World continue the battle against the invisible enemy known as COVID-19, we must keep moving forward as one country, one world and one human race. Even as our way of life, our businesses and our livelihoods are threatened, we must forge ahead and put humanity first.

The Culture ConNext family would like to express our sincere condolences for all of those who have lost their lives during the pandemic; we keep them and their families in our hearts and continued prayers. Furthermore, we would like to express our deepest appreciation and utmost gratitude to the healthcare teams battling this virus on the front-lines; your courage, sacrifice and dedication is nothing less than a heroic act and you should stand proud in your continued accomplishments. Lastly, we would like to thank all of our supporters for your continued focus on people; even amidst one of the most challenging moments in the history of the world, you continue to place your team members at the forefront of all that you do; for that, we commend you!

How we respond at this moment in time and adapt during this global crisis will quickly lead us to identifying the road forward as it relates to culture. It is certainly easy and even understandable to revert to crisis mode and push culture aside because we are focused on the pandemic and it's ever changing landscape, but I urge you to find a way to keep the focus on your culture. It is critically important to know that how we react and show value to our employees in time of crisis will shape the future of our organizations and ultimately the world we live in. Therefore, we must not only maintain culture during times of crisis, but we should absolutely make it a critical component of our crisis management strategies.

In this moment, you can have a tremendous impact on your workforce, and I am here to help you do just that. Culture ConNext is dedicated to the ongoing mission of revolutionizing culture and it’s in that vision that we are currently assisting organizations in completing “CTA’s” (Culture Temperature Assessments) to develop a baseline understanding on where to focus your attention when the crisis subsides and the new normal begins to take shape. We are here to support you in this critical time of need and beyond.

Thank you for your continued support!
